I am in the process of establishing a Helium IoT peoples network here in South Africa. I know there is no license requirement for the frequency band but there is regulation for the devices used to be approved by ICASA so I will be doing that process as soon as one of the devices arrive. I am going for the Bobcat 300 miner so if anyone has already done the process of having it verified by ICASA please let me know as this will help the process.
